I have walked the walk. After being morbidly obese for most of my
adult life, I lost 150 pounds with diet and exercise, and have kept the
weight off for five years. I understand from my own experience the
challenges of meeting weight loss and fitness goals.
As a registered nurse, I have an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and
physiology, as well as diet and nutrition. I can develop programs
that take into consideration physical and medical conditions and
I love a good workout whether it is in the gym lifting weights or in the
park. On the weekends I will take my mountain bike out and discover
a new trail, go for a fun hike or take a run on the beach.
